Episode # 52 – What tips would you give for people who don’t feel heard in work meetings?

In this episode, we step away from technology to discuss a common situation that has happened to all of us. How do we handle a situation where some people do not feel heard in work meetings, or people are always over spoken to? We review what strategies we have taken in the past, if such events happened to us or if we have experienced it happening to others. We talked about strategies how to address them and what is the best way to take back the control of the meeting. We also extend this topic to discuss the same issue happening when some tries to hijack your session while presenting in events, and how do you handle such a situation.
